In austerity WW2 they had much less meat and lots of water and could go bang! if cooked to quickly.
This will not apply to our traditional pork sausages.Tthey are made from our finest pork to a traditional recipe here on the farm.We are very proud of them,next time you are in the shop ask Rob about the other flavours we now produce.
